Great blog. You might want to make the list of cites links. I think we might be using each other’s blogs a LOT.

I was so dismayed to read of your experience at the Mexican Restaurant where NOTHING was vegan. There’s no excuse. I think the kitchen must have had some veggies they could have done up for you, put on a burrito and called it something better than lettuce.

Houston has Pepper Tree which, although is more than a hop, skip and a jump from Hobby where I usually fly into, is my new, (and so far only), vegan favorite in Houston. I’ll get around to the post one of these days.

Looking forward to a lot more posts especially since I’m overnighting in Kansas City tonight and hopefully getting over to FuD.
